「12時まででしたら無料で延長できます」は英語で We can extend the time to 12 for free もしくは We can extend the time to 12, free of charge です。
12時まで – to 12もしくは until 12
無料- free、free of charge 。例えば、It’s free of charge – これは無料です。
延長 – extension. 例えば、ビザの延長- Visa extension
延長する – extend
「でしたら」はif になりますが、この場合は if it's until 12 を言う必要ないと思います。
別の言い方- We can extend/change the time to 12 for free, but after 12 you will have to pay.
Our normal check-out time is 10 a.m., but you can stay until noon at no extra charge.
この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。
