詳細 = details
調べる = check
〜て欲しい = want (someone) to do something
Would like はより丁寧なので、ほとんどの人は使うと思います。ですが、強く言いたい時は、please check か I want you to check を使ってもいいです。
調べると言うことは、research という意味もありますが、この場合は使いません。普通に check を使った方がいいと思います。

「○○を調べてほしい」は英語で色んな言い方があります。
今回は「I would like you to check○○」と「I would like you to look into○○」を使って表現します。
例：
「問題について調べて欲しい」→ I would like you to check on this problem.
→ I would like you to look into this problem.
「原因」は英語で「cause」と言います。
「詳細」は英語で「details」と「particulars」で表すことができます。
例：
「間違いの原因の詳細を調べて欲しい」→ I would like you to look into the details of the cause of this problem.
「故障や間違いがあると思いますので、」→ I think there must be a mistake or error, so
「原因の詳細を調べて欲しいです」 → I would like you to check the details of the cause.
