There are no real benefits when you get carried away drinking.
この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。
ーNothing good ever comes from drinking too much.
「飲みすぎはろくなことがない」
Nothing good ever comes from ... で「ろくなことはない」と表現できます。
ーThere are no real benefits when you get carried away drinking.
「飲みすぎても得することはない」＝「ろくなことはない」とも言えます。
