「繋がる」は「goes to」と解釈しました。「goes down to*地下の駐車場」や「goes up to*上の駐車場」も大丈夫です。
「繋がっています」と「繋がっております」の違いは英語であまり表現できませんが、goes to the parking lotは普通に礼儀正しい言い方です。

この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。
ーThe elevator at the very back on the left will take you to the parking lot.
「左の一番奥のエレベーターが駐車場につながっています」
the elevator at the very back on the left「左の一番奥のエレベーター」
to take you to ... で「あなたを…に連れて行く」を使って表現することもできます。
