「違う」って to be different です。 be 動詞は必要で、different は形容詞です。
not the same (同じじゃない）とも言えます。
価値観も考え方も違う。
[His] values and way of thinking are different.
[His] values and way of thinking are not the same.
価値観 = values (名詞）
考え方= way of thinking (名詞）
[His] は主語に合わせる所有格にすることです。例として he --> his と言う男の所有格にしておきました。

この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。
ーOur sense of values and how we think are quite different.
「私たちの価値感も考え方もかなり違う」
A and B are different で「AもBも違う」
sense of values「価値観」
how one thinks「考え方」
