この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。
ーI'm going to get a second opinion at the XX hospital, but I'll come back here soon.
「XX病院でセカンドオピニオンを受けてきますが、すぐここに戻ってきます」
to get a second opinion で「セカンドオピニオンを受ける・もらう」
