二つ目の文章は意味が同じです。
"I haven't decided yet" というのは現在完了形です。まだ決まってないという意味です。
"I still do not know" というのもまだ決まってないという意味ですが、まだ決まってないから少し心配というイメージがします。
"foreigner"というのは外国人です。
I haven't really thought about what country my future husband might be from.
この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。
ーI haven't really thought about what country my future husband might be from.
「将来の旦那さんがどこの国出身かはまだよく考えていない」＝「どの国の人と結婚したいかは特に決めていない」
