「When you get on the street」道路に出たら
「turn left」左に曲がって
「enter」入って
「first shopping street」１つ目の商店街
「on your right」右から
曲がるは「turn」ですね。

この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。
ーOnce you reach the road, turn left then go into the first shopping arcade on the right.
