If you put of one thing after another, you'll end up doing nothing.
「〜を後回しにする」は put off 〜（延期する）。
または leave 〜 until later（後まで残しておく）ですが、今回は目的語が長いので put off を使いました。
その目的語 one thing after another は「次から次と」という意味の表現です。
「結局何もできず」は、end up 〜ing（結局〜することになる）を使って、end up doing nothing とします。
If you put of one thing after another, you'll end up doing nothing.
（次から次と後回しにしていると、結局何もできない）
という文です。
If you keep saying "someday, someday", nothing will ever come of it.
この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。
ーIf you keep saying "someday, someday", nothing will ever come of it.
「『いつか、いつか』って言い続けてると、いつまで経っても何も実を結ばないよ」
nothing will ever come of it で「いつまで経っても何も実を結ばないだろう」
