I suppose this month’s earnings is going to be around 1 million yen. 【訳】おそらく今月の売り上げは100万円あたりになるだろう。 「あるかないか」=「前後」＝「その周辺」という意味で around を使うのが一番簡単かなと思います。

この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。 ーOur sales for this month should be around a million yen. 「今月の売り上げはおよそ100万円くらいだ」 あるかないかということは around「およそ」と言えますね。 ーI'm guessing our sales for this month will be a million yen give or take a few thousand yen. 「今月の売り上げは数千円ずれるとしても100万円あるかないかだ」 give or take で「あるかないか」を表現することができます。 ご参考まで！
