ちなみにアレルギー対応食品は Food ready for an allergyと言うようですが、一般的に会話で使うにはI’m allergic to ◯◯ 「◯◯アレルギーです」This food is ◯◯ free 「◯◯フリー食品です」と具体的に何のアレルギーかを言う方が多いように思います。
この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。
ーI guess you shouldn't try anyone else's food.
「他の人のお食事は食べないようにしてくださいね」
ーI guess you better just eat your own food.
「ご自分のお食事だけを食べるようにしてくださいね」
