②Award for Most Outstanding Presentation
Most Outstanding→最も優れた
③Certificate for Excellence in Presentation
Certificate for→○○状
Excellence→優れている、卓越している
どれも「最優秀発表賞」のニュアンスを含む表現です。
余計なお世話かもしれませんが、学会ということですので、Research（研究）という言葉を入れても良いかな？と思います。
例えば、Best Research & Presentation Award、のように、研究と発表をセットにするようなイメージです。
