be nice to each other = 「（お互い）仲良くしよう。」
be nice to 〜というフレーズは、頻繁に使われます。例えば、母親が長男に対して、"Be nice to your little brother. （「弟に優しくしなさい。」または、「弟と仲良くしなさい。」）”と良く使うかもしれません。
ちなみに「お別れ会」は、farewell partyまたは、farewell gatheringです。
