当たり前のように〜していたというのは I've gotten used to 〜ing で表現する事ができます。この場合の「会う」はsee が適切です。話している人たちがその仲間たちの場合youですしその人たち以外に話している場合は work friends（仕事で仲の良い人たち）とすると良いと思います。
I've gotten used to seeing you all the time, and I'm sad to go.
（今まで当たり前のように毎日会えてたから、離れるのは寂しいよ）
I've been seeing you all like it's the most natural thing every day.
I've taken being able to see you all every day for granted.
この文脈だと、「当たり前」→「To take for granted, most natural」と表現します。
「会える」→「To be able to see, to be able to meet」
「（毎日君たちに）当たり前のように会えていた」直訳すると「I've been seeing you all like it's the most natural thing every day.」
と表現します。
「毎日会えるの当たり前なことだと思っていた」といいたいとき、「I've taken being able to see you all every day for granted.」と表現します。
「当たり前のように会えていた」だけを自然に訳すのは難しいですが、the common place relationships を使って表現できるかと思います。
例：
I'm looking forward to the challenges at my new work place, but I will miss all of the common place relationships I shared with my friends and co-workers all these years.
「新しい職場でのチャレンジは楽しみだが、この何年も当たり前のように会ってきた友人や同僚と会えなくなるのは寂しい」
