「機会があるかもしれない」は英語で「might get the opportunity」と言います。
また、「私が英語を勉強している理由は、勤めている会社が海外に[子会社](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/37006/)を持っているので、現地のスタッフとやり取りする機会があるかもしれないからです」は英語で「The reason I'm studying English is because the company I work for has a subsidiary branch abroad. I might get the opportunity to communicate with the local staff and if so it'll be in English.」という風に言えます。
