日本語の表現の通りで、英語でも「追加しますか？」という風に表現することが多いです。
例えば、
Would you like to add breakfast?
朝食追加しますか？
と言います。
Would you like to~?はこういう場合に一般的に〜しますか？という意味でよく使われている表現ですね。
予約に朝食を付けますか？のような言い方でもOKです。例えばWould you like to add breakfast to your booking?になります。

この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。
