そうすると、「Begin living in both A and B.」で大丈夫と思います。
また、別の言い方で「Start residing in locations A and B.」でも可能です。
AとBは場所の名前でしたら、そうすると、「locations」が不要です。そうしたら、1つ目の英文の方が良いと思います。
