まず、Tanjoさんの自分の英文は問題ないと思います。「accept any objections」と言ったら問題ないです。
上記の言い方はそのまま使いますが、念のため、別の自然な言い方も教えます。
「open to different opinions」でも適切です。
これで言うと相手の違うコメントとか意見など受け入れる寛容な姿勢を示します。
また、「これは私の独断と偏見で選んだので異論（他の意見）は認めます。おすすめがあったらコメントしてね！」は「As this is my personal choice, I am open to different opinions. If you have any recommendations, please leave a comment!」

一般的に「異論」＝「objections」ですが、このような状況では「differing opinions」の方が的確だと思います。
「認める」も色々な訳し方はありますが、「I'm open to」はちょうど良いです。
おっしゃったように「As this is my personal choice, I accept any objections. If you have any recommendations, please leave a comment!」はほとんと良いですが、ちょっとだけ直せていただきます。
「Since these are my personal choices, I'm open to differing opinions. If you have any recommendations or thoughts, please leave a comment!」
