イノシシはブタの仲間で姿も似ています。って英語でなんて言うの？

「Boars are animals that are related and similer to pigs.」
上記のように、「be related to」と「be similar to」を繋げてみましたが可能でしょうか？
誤り、もしくはもっと良い表現がありましたらご教示願います。

to look alike で「よく似ている・そっくりである」
