友達に送ったプレゼントを、友達がTwitterに写真を載せてくれました。
そのお礼を言いたい時
thanks for posting the gift I sent you.
thanks for sharing the present I sent you.
これで合ってますか？
他に良い表現があれば教えてください

「私があげたプレゼントの写真を投稿してくれてありがとう」
I saw your twitter post of the gift I sent you. Thank you.
「私が送ったプレゼントのツイッター投稿見たよ。ありがとう」
