「傾き」をtiltに訳せますが、グラフに対して、steepとかtrending up/downの方が自然です。
例：The graph is trending up more quickly here. (trendと一緒にquickとsteepも使えます。）
steepはfastと同じような形容詞ですので、steep→steeper→steepestになります。
Yumi様の英文をそのまま使うため、tiltをangleにすればいいと思います。
