早めに（日本時間ではその方のお誕生日だがその方が住んでいるところではまだお誕生日前日）メッセージを送るときは、ネイティブはよくHappy birthday in advance!あるいはHappy early birthday!と言います。
in advanceは「事前に」という意味で、earlyは「早めの」という意味です。両方とも「前を持ってのお祝い」と意味するので、基本どちらを使っても変わりません。

It's already the 16th in Japan, so happy early birthday!
日本ではもう16日になってるので、早いけど誕生日おめでとう！
It's still the 15th over there, but happy birthday in advance!
