ーI couldn't decide if I wanted to go to A zoo or B zoo.
「A動物園に行きたいのかB動物園に行きたいのか決められない」＝「AかBかで悩む」
couldn't decide if ... or ... を使っても「…か…かで悩む」を表現できます。
