「クリスマス」　"Christmas" 「年末年始」　"New years" クリスマスや年末年始、他の文化のお祝い事を含めるときに "Holiday season" を使います。 例えば "Do you have plans this holiday season?" 「年末年始の予定はありますか？」 "somewhat normal" は話言葉で、今回の場合では例年通りではないがほとんど例年通りという意味を表します。 "usual" と "normal" はどちらも　「普通」という意味です。
