「出しっぱなしにしておきたい」は英語で直訳しにくいですが、**leave ～ out** という表現が自然です。
**leave out** は「出しておく」「しまわない」。
また、「片付けなくていいといいのに」「ずっと出しておけたらなあ」という願望は **I wish I could...** や **It’d be nice if...** の形で表現されます。
