enrollは仕事について言わないので、直訳語がなかなかないですが、just in the list of employeesで通じます。I'm kind of just in the list of employees.で伝えます。

enrolled but not taking classes (講義受けずに籍を置く)でも意味が分かりやすいですね。

「一応、まだ在籍している」というニュアンスで、実際は働いていないが雇用記録上は残っている状態です。
