だから、「その下の行に」は「In the line below that (one)」ですが、「one」は違う名詞に変更することもできます。

英語では **row（行）** と **column（列）** という単語を使います。
「その下の行」は、**the row below** または **the next row down** のように言えます。「その横の列」は、**the column next to it** や **the adjacent column** が自然です。
日本語のように「横」という言葉は英語では直接使わず、**next to**（隣の）や **adjacent to**（隣接する）などの前置詞句で表現します。
また、「この行」「この列」と言いたい時は、**this row / this column**、「一番上の行」「一番左の列」は **the top row / the leftmost column** のように言えます。
