英語が苦手なのでトラブルのときに対処できないでしょう。
deal with problems で「トラブルに対処する」を英語で表現することができます。日本語の「トラブル」のように deal with trouble と言っても通じますが、problems を使う方が一般的です。problem は「問題」という意味です。
on my own（自分一人では）などを追加するのも良いかもしれません。
例：
I wouldn't be able to deal with problems on my own because I can't speak English well.
英語が苦手なので、自分一人ではトラブルのときに対処できないでしょう。
