一般的に「お話」は「the conversation」と言いますが、この場合ではバレエのことなので「ballet」と言いましょう。
因みに「The reason why I'm interested in ballet is My grandmother had experience doing as a ballet. 」は良い英語の文章なんですが、ある部分の文法は間違っていません。直してあげます。
「The reason why I'm interested in ballet is because my grandmother had learned it too.」
