先週に比べて
日本語の通りに最初につけるのも自然ですが、最後につけるのも自然です。例えば、It has increased by ~% compared to last weekも使えます。
何人の話であればincreased by 3 peopleなどになりますね。減ったは増えたの反対語で、英語でincreaseの反対語はdecreaseなのでincreasedの代わりにdecreasedにします。
