表現方法の一つとして、hate「嫌い」ではないけれども、love「大好き」でもないと言うことができます。
I don't hate it, but I don't love it either.
「私はそれを嫌いじゃないけど、そんなに好きでもない」

おっしゃっている内容は以下のようにも表現できると思いました(*^_^*)
I neither like nor hate it.
「私はそれを好きでも嫌いでもない」
neither A nor Bは「AでもBでもない」の意味ですm(__)m
例）
It's neither good nor bad.
「良くも悪くもない」
It's neither too small nor too big.
「小さすぎも大きすぎもない」
