いくつか言い方が考えられますが、車で送ってもらったのであれば、
My mother dropped me off at the dorm. とか
My mother gave me a ride back to the dorm. というように言えます。
dorm はdormitory からきている単語で、学生寮または寄宿舎などを指します。
また、『母に短期間滞在している場所まで車で送ってもらった』というのであれば、
My mother dropped me off at the place where I’ve been staying. とも言えますね！

下宿は、dorm や boarding house を使用するとよいでしょう。

この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。
ーMy mother took me back to the boarding house where I live in Tokyo last night.
「昨夜、母が東京の下宿先まで私を連れて帰ってくれた」＝「母が下宿先まで送ってくれた」
to take someone back to ... で「人を…まで送る」と言えます。
