「私が付けた評価」としてはthe score I gave itが一番近いと思います。ただ、how I scored itは「私の評価する方法」みたいな意味です。
評価はscore, assessment, evaluationなどと言えます。でも、星で評価するとassessmentとevaluationがちょっと正式な言い方だと思います。

この場合、次のような言い方ができます。
ーDo you think you would know which feedback is mine?
「どの評価が私のかわかるんですか？」
ーI wonder if you are able to tell which teacher evaluations I wrote.
「私がどの教師の評価を書いたかわかるんですか？」
人に対する評価は feedback や evaluation を使うと良いでしょう。
