① "We aren't able to talk on the same level"＝「私達は同じレベルで話すことができない」
② "Our conversations don't match"＝「私達の会話は合わない」
"because he/she is too smart (for me)."＝「彼・彼女は（私にとって）賢すぎるから。）
☆"for me"は付けても付けなくて良いと思います。
It's hard to have a conversation with him because he's so smart.
He's so intelligent, it's difficult to converse with him.
この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。
ーIt's hard to have a conversation with him because he's so smart.
「彼は賢すぎて会話をするのが難しい」＝「賢すぎて話が合わない」
ーHe's so intelligent, it's difficult to converse with him.
「彼はすごく賢いので彼と会話をするのが難しい」＝「賢すぎて話が合わない」
